 Mission Possible Colorado Arrival

From high humidity and low altitude to no humidity and a little more than six thousand feet, we have safely arrived in Colorado Springs.  Our bodies are still adjusting to sleep deprivation, time change and shortness of breath due to lack of red blood cells to carry oxygen around our bodies from high elevation, but everyone is in good spirits and enthusiastic about doing the Lord's work in the days ahead.  We have been scouting out the area to see where the best places are for both adult ministry and kids clubs and have scheduled a plan of launching the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ in these areas.  Please pray for open doors for the Gospel and the Lord's leading to those specific people that He is calling to Himself. -Adams

On Saturday we flew out to Colorado. For me it was my first flight, so that was really fun and slightly nerve-wracking. We flew out at a little bit after 10 pm. The flight seemed longer than it was but we arrived in Colorado at
Seneca
around 4 am (east coast) or 2 am in Colorado. We spent our first day (Sunday) doing devotions and working out schedules and shopping. The second day (Monday) we started doing ministry. For the first part of the day, we painted up kids messages and hangman bible verses. We ended up going to one place to do a kids club and the kids had a lot of fun and learned something about the gospel. Seneca did a wonderful job on her kid's message. After that one, we went to another place to do a message, but it started raining so we couldn't do our club. Later we celebrated Lauren's 16th birthday. Overall it has been a great trip and learning experience, and I cannot wait to see how the rest of our two weeks here go! -Paige Campbell
